Introduction

The current situation on the ground is

determined by regular field visits by expert
services and manual or mechanic measurements,
depending on the needs. The expert services
prepare the Report based on the defined limit
values (Paragraphs about maintenance from the
valid Regulative prescribe the minimum values of
the elements, by which the reliability is
maintained or failure of system is confirmed).
In addition to information on the current state of
the infrastructure in the field, the report contains
a proposal and a list of required works.

Introduction

Data for beginning of design process are based on the following inputs:
*Planning documentation
*ToR
*surveys reports (geodetic map and results after geotechnical works)
*legislative documents (National and EU)
*Pre-Feasibility Study or Feasibility study and traffic requirements
*level of Design – Conceptual/Preliminary/Detailed

Through the next slides, Project of Railway bypass, will present expertise
which we can offer.

Modernization – railway bypass around Niš

The technical documentation for construction of railway bypass around

Nis are providing answers to the following requests:

Spatial - planning requests – to define the corridor for railway bypass

Functional –operational requests -

to separate the railway line from road network in the city area
to separate the passenger traffic from the freight traffic
to separate the transit traffic from the local traffic.

Constructive requests - The Project documentation shall be prepared in

accordance with the European Technical Specification for
Interoperability (TSI), AGC, AGCT, and the SEECP Agreement EU
standards
