HSE POLICY

GULF ASIA Contracting Company LLC Safety Policy is to fully recognize the
importance of Safety, health, Welfare & Morale of all employees and also for
ensuring a safe and healthy working environment at all the time.
To define and establish and maintain a OHSMS at all operations locations to ensure
the safe occupational environment.
Compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements .
Comply with OH&S rules and regulations to eliminate unsafe activities and
operations.
Find out all possibility of accidents and take appropriate safety precaution to avoid
any risk of health or untoward incident.
Encouraging, effective use of of safe working procedures and practices to continually
improve the established OHSMS.
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment at project site and offices to prevent
ill health.
Enhance the safety consciousness and knowledge through educational training,
advanced quality related technology to all employees.
To maintain a periodically reviewed, documented safety program which will
communicated to all employees for its effective implementation and made available
to interested parties.

OHSMS MONITORING STAGES
Project Phase
Bidding Allotting fund considering nature of job and HSE requirements
Considering the requirements of Emergency evacuation, fire hazard,
ergonomics, waste management, Noise hazard, illumination,
Designing &Engineering Topographical/ Geographical features, energy management, water
management and Green house requirement etc
