4. Use your full name when you sign into the classroom.
5. When you enter the classroom, make sure to enable both audio and video.
You can click “Start Video” and “Join Audio” in the bottom menu. For audio
connection, you can choose to connect via the computer or dial-in on your
phone.

6. Mute your microphone during the lesson to avoid disturbing the class with any
background noise.
8. Participate. When you have a question or comment, use the “Raise your
Hand” button that can be found in the window that pops up when you click on
Participants in the bottom menu. Wait to be acknowledged by the teacher
before unmuting yourself to speak.
10. When your class is over, leave the classroom by closing the window.
Subject Requirements
• Always check your Group Chat and E-mail for some
announcements.
• Check your internet speed before you enter our online class.

• Sending videos of your performances will be required.
• Message me 30 minutes before our online class if you have
difficulties on your internet connection.

discussion and asynchronous following the class
schedule.
• Video conferencing will be recorded to make it
accessible to students who cannot attend online
class due to lack of connectivity.
• Students will be required to submit the outputs as
evidence online as part of the learning tasks on a
scheduled basis and will be given time to accomplish them
• Major Examinations are online or substituted
requirements flexibility will be exercised by the teachers
to accommodate the needs of students
• Students can contact their teacher anytime on during
consultation hours which is agreed upon
