learning theory.

group decision-making.

Learning Principles
In the field of organizational behavior, learning
refers to a process through which individuals

5. The practice or experience must be
reinforced in order for learning to occur
Operant Conditioning
It is also called instrumental conditioning which
refers to the process that people’s behavior
produces certain consequences are.

It emphasizes voluntary behaviors.

Experts call them “operant behavior” because

they operate on the environment.
Social Learning Theory

learning theory, emphasizes the ability of an
individual to learn by observing others.
