Valorant is a free-to-play tactical shooter developed and published by Riot Games for Windows PC. It was released in June 2020. The game features competitive 5v5 team play with each player selecting a character, called an Agent, who has unique abilities. Agents are classified as Duelists, Sentinels, Controllers, or Initiators. There are currently 7 maps set in various global locations. Game modes include competitive play with a ranked system, unranked casual play, and limited-time modes like Spike Rush and Deathmatch.

About Valorant

-First person hero shooter game made and published by Riot Games, for PC.
-Development of the game 2014.
-The game was started as Project A in October 2019.
-Beta Period around April 2020….
-Official Release June 2, 2020….
Gameplay
-Team based shooter set in near future.
-Agents can use their own abilities.. (assigned to either Attacking or Defending team
with each 5 players.
-Spike (a object) which use in Plant/Defuse game mode. Agents got 1ability point if they
plant or defuse the spike in each rounds.
-Each Agents started the round with ‘classic’ pistol and ability charges.
-Money based on how many players you can kill.
-Guns such as pistols, sub machine guns, shotguns, machine guns, assault rifles and
snipers.
Valorant Agents
-There are total 17 agents in the games. Each agents are
based on different countries and different cultures.
-Agents have one Signature Ability which they get for free
each round. And Each agents got the special ability called
“ultimate.” To get that ability you have to kill the enemies and
get the point called “ulti points.” When ulti points reach to
their limit you will get to use ultimate.
-4 types of agents… Controller, Sentinel, Initiator and Duelist.
Maps
There are 7 Maps in Valorant. Fracture, Breeze, Icebox, Bind, Heaven, Split and Ascent.
- Every maps has different types of theme and also based on some countries.

Valorant Game modes
There are basically 4 game modes in valorant. And There are also Special event game modes.

Unranked

Unranked is the non-ranked mode. the match is played as best of 25-


-first team to win 13 rounds
(attacking side) In the match attacking side has typical bomb called spike.
-eliminated all enemies or the spike must exploded in order to win.

(defending side) In the match defending side agents have to


-eliminated all enemies…
-has to defuse the spike if the attackers planted in order to win.
Every players will received exp whatever they win or lose.
Competitive
Competitive matches are the same as unranked with the addition of win-based ranking system
that assigns a rank to each players after 5 matches are played.
-Need to win 10unranked to unlock comp.
-Players have to play overtime rounds if they are in 12-12 same score.
-If players still in same score like 18-18 they can draw the match.
-Each players will get rank points if they win and players rank points will reduced if they lose.

Spike Rush

-The match is play best to 7 rounds.


-Agents begin the round with all abilities expect ultimate. (2x faster than other matches).
-Every players (attacker) can carry the spike.
-Every players begins with same guns (can upgrade using the orbs).
-Fist team to win 4rounds wins the match.
Deathmatch

-Introduced on August 5, 2020.


-14 players enter a 9min match.
-Each players spawn in
-First person to reach 40 kills is the winner.

Replication
-a game mode to vote which agent to be.
-all the players will have to use the chosen agent.
-can buy weapons..(abilities are pre bought.
-had same money at the start of the rounds.
