What is Persuasive Text?
Persuasive texts intends to convince readers to believe in
an idea or opinion and to do an action. Many writings
such as criticisms, reviews, reaction papers, editorials,
proposals, advertisements, and brochures use different
ways of persuasion to influence readers.
What we need to know?

Persuasion can be defined as a symbolic process in which

communicators try to convince other people to change their
attitudes through the transmission of a message in an atmosphere
of free choice. Specifically, a persuasive message is a request for
action and it may appeal to logic or to emotions. Basically, it has
two types as well: the positive and negative messages.
