Course objective
The course is intended for service personnel involved in maintenance & repair of Volvo excavator. The course
covers maintenance, system function of electrical, control system, hydraulics, pressure adjustment & basic
trouble-shooting.

 Target Group - All service personnel.


 Language of instruction : English
 Course objectives:
1. Understand the operating system on EC140B excavators.
2. Perform service requirement according to service manuals.
3. Understanding of all systems function.
4. Able to carry out controls & adjustment on hydraulic system.
5. Carry out trouble-shooting in a safe manner.
6. Able to use special tools to do troubleshooting in safety way.
 Entry level: TCL 1
 TCL growth path: Part of the requirements to achieve TCL
 Prior Knowledge: Basic hydraulic & electrical knowledge.
 Course duration: 4 days.
