• I chose Amazon because it is one of the most popular online
marketplaces used by both individual as well as businesses, and the site
is available in many different countries and languages. Amazon Kindle is
one of its most popular products as well as the Amazon app store. Lastly,
Amazon offers software and infrastructure solutions for business and
individuals.
• When Amazon was founded on July 5, 1994, as a website that only sold
ABOUT books, founder Jeff Bezos had a vision for the company's explosive
growth and ecommerce domination. He knew from the very beginning
AMAZON that he wanted Amazon to be "an everything store". Now, Bezos will
step aside as CEO after 27 years and tens of billions in gains.
• By far the biggest factor in Amazon’s success has come from its ability
to continuously innovate. Amazon didn’t wait for someone else to create
their business model. Rather, it continues to look for new ways to reach
customers to use their site for purchases.
Amazon product lines include (books, DVDs, music CDs, videotapes, and
software), apparel, baby products, consumer electronics , beauty products,
gourmet food, groceries, health and personal-care items, industrial & scientific
supplies, kitchen items, jewellery and watches, lawn and garden items, musical
instruments, sporting goods, tools, automotive items and toys/games.

AMAZON
PRODUCTS Amazon Web Service is made up of many different cloud computing products
and services. The highly profitable division of Amazon provides servers, storage,
AND networking, remote computing, email, mobile development, and security.
Amazon Web Services can be broken into three main products: EC2, Amazon’s
SERVICES virtual machine service, Glacier, a low-cost cloud storage service, and S3,
Amazon’s storage system.

Sustainable packaging is a top priority at Amazon. Whether a cardboard box or a

flexible mailer, we’re working to improve it and shrinking our packages to fit
what you ordered more often, using less material to make them, and increasing
the amount of recycled content.
• Amazon’s target market is middle and upper-class consumers
(evenly split between genders) with home computers or smart
devices aged between 18-44 as of 2021. Additionally, 60% of
Amazon’s target market are from the United States who prefer
shopping online for convenience, fast delivery, and competitive
prices.
• The reason Amazon can attract so many customers is primarily
TA R G E T due to its extensive product selection. Amazon sells nearly 120
million different items to appeal to its various target markets.
MARKET
Another way Amazon caters to its target markets is by
continuously repositioning products according to changes in the
retail economy. For example, Amazon closely monitors which
products sell more frequently and places advertisements on the
website homepage.
• Our goal is to generate as many sales as possible, get authentic product reviews
and provide the best customer service to our Amazon customers.
• Pay-as-you-go allows you to easily adapt to changing business needs without
overcommitting budgets and improving your responsiveness to changes.
• For AWS (amazon web services) Computer and AWS Machine Learning, Savings
Plans offer savings over On-Demand in exchange for a commitment to use a
specific amount (measured in $/hour) of an AWS service or a category of
services, for a one- or three-year period.
• With AWS, you can get volume-based discounts and realize important savings as
PRICE  your usage increases
• Whether you are running a single instance or dozens of individual services, you
can estimate your monthly bill using the AWS Pricing Calculator. The calculator
allows you to estimate individual or multiple prices and use templates to appraise
complete solutions
• Simply put, advertising on Amazon is much like advertising on Google Ads.
• When you type in a keyword in the Amazon search box and results appear, some of the top
results will be sponsored posts—these are considered Amazon Ads. They are denoted with
subtle “sponsored” or “ad” text.
• Sponsored ads—such as Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands (formerly known as
Headline Search Ads)—allow you to reach Amazon customers as they research and discover
products. These ads help vendors promote item listings, pairing them with items potential
customers are already looking at.
• Display ads use relevant audiences, customizable creatives, and actionable insights to deliver
your message to the right customers—on Amazon sites, apps, devices, and third-party sites.
You can either manage campaigns yourself through the Amazon DSP console or work with
PROMOTION their team of experts.
• E-commerce giants like Amazon uses demographic & psychographic segmentation to
segment the markets. Amazon’s segmentation is based on actual purchase behaviour: not
what people might have expressed interest in, but what they actually did. Amazon’s micro-
level segmentation targets each customer individually, allowing the company to convert
visitors into long-term, high-value customers.
• Video ads empower you to tell stories and make
emotional connections with customers
throughout their decision journeys. We help you
reach your ideal audience in brand-
safe environments and measure the results of
your video campaigns. Captions and Slogans are
also important in advertising, an example is
"Save big when you shop early holiday deals
ADVERTISEMENTS
at Amazon. Spend less. Smile more."
 AND
And "Here to help you save money, to save
SPONSORSHIPS
time, and to save you a trip to the pharmacy."
In amazon video ads.
