ERP College Managent System

The proposed ERP college management system aims to modernize and integrate business processes and systems to improve service experience, enhance competitiveness, modernize business processes and systems, automate business solutions, and increase operating efficiency. The proposed system reduces paper work and manual work, makes data maintenance and record keeping easier, and helps analyze student placement and access university exam results for comparative analysis. It over comes limitations of existing manual systems by being more user friendly, efficient, and reducing time spent on tasks.

ERP college management

system
Objective of the project
 The objective of the ERP Business Transformation Strategy is to modernize and integrate business
processes and systems.   This “leapfrog” into the future will empower staff and students to access
information and provide services through an intuitive and integrated interface, and ultimately aims to:

 Improve Service Experience

 Enhance Competitiveness

 Modernize Business Processes and Systems

 Automate Business Solutions

 Increase Operating Efficiency

 Provide Access to Standardized College Data

Introduction
 ERP system tracks resources It keeps the path of the assets - sets, revenue,
development area and the condition of business engagements like: bulk, gain and
plan.
 The application that creates the system transfers the content throughout the
various sections.
 That gives the main data. ERP assigns the instruction flow and manages
connection to other partners.

Enterprise resource planning (ERP) has come to mean many things over the last several decades.
Divergent applications by practitioners and academics, as well as by researchers in alternative fields of
study, has allowed for considerable proliferation of information on the topic and for a considerable amount
of confusion regarding the meaning of the term. In reviewing ERP research two distinct research streams
emerge.

enterprises, this paper presents the demand analysis and builds a framework for ERP system in modern
printing enterprise.

Existing system
 In Existing System for managing various modules such as Student module,
Administrative module and Exam cell etc. takes lot of paper work as well as time.
 In Student module at present there are various things which includes paper work
such as admission form, Notice Board, Revaluation form, Exam time table,
Feedback etc.
 In Administrative module Exam Form, Concession Form, Accounts and pupation
details, Profile views, Fees details, ID card generation all are very difficult to
manage using manual processes and it takes lot of time and paper work
Demerits
 The existing system is not user friendly because the retrieval of data is very slow
and data is stored manually. The use of the some technology can be complicated
and time consuming. These system need to handle by specialist for maintaining
and update the system which can again be very costly

 It require more calculations to generate the report like attendance calculation,

percentage calculation etc. so it is generated at the end of the session. Hence
requires more time to display the report.
Proposed system
 The proposed system reduces paper work, manual work. It also helps in
maintenance of data and records made easy.

 It helps in the analysis of placement of a student; it can also access the result
database of the University for Complete Comparative Result Analysis.

 Uploading academic project reports for references to student. Student

performance analysis for placement prediction. Thus it will reduce the time and
preserves the workload and each student can able to see their report by just login
profile.
Merits
 This application is developed for daily student attendance in colleges and
institutes. The teachers can send the attendance summary and feedback about the
students to their parents. It can also be useful in an organization or company at a
certain limit not the whole application.

 It overcomes the limitations of the web based system as our proposed system is
developed on Android OS and it will be handier for the user. It will take less time
to perform all tasks. Students do not need to check the notice board every day and
everyone will stay updated.

Module description
 Login

The login modules are used authentication for security proposes. Admin has
allowed all the process. User only for some specific process allowed. Not allowed
other process.

 Registration:

Faculty are supposed to be registered before using the system. Each of the
registrations will be approved by already registered Staff/Faculty. After registration
Verification; Verified user will be permitted to login using username and password
Module description
Attendance:

 Faculty can enter student attendance, according to their teaching subjects

which can be edited.

 They can even view the attendance shortage list subject-wise Enter/Edit Marks:
Faculty can enter student Marks according to their teaching subjects which can be
edited Teaching faculty can take attendance of students during the lecture i.e.
within that time frame.
Module description
Admission:

 Staff is allowed to enter /view/ edit student Personal details as well as academic details.

Admin Login

 After registering the admin is allowed to log in. He or she can now view admin homepage where there
are options to take attendance, upload results, send notifications to student. He can also view the
attendance taken and uploaded results.

Check notifications

 Faculty can receive important announcements, information regarding meetings from the HOD or
admin through these notifications.
Conclusion
 In this application automates is automated ERP college management system the
work and provides efficiency and accuracy based on entity relationship.

 Records are computerized, less time consuming, easy to maintain all the details

 No or very few paper works, all details will be available at a click. The storage
facilities will ease the work of all the users.
Conclusion
 By using Existing System accessing information from files is a difficult task and
there is no quick and easy way to keep the records of students and staff.

 Lack of automation is also there in the Existing System. The aim of Our System is
to reduce the workload and to save significant staff time.
