SEGMENTATION:
Every tourist is different. Every tourist feels attracted to different tourist destinations likes to do different activities
while on vacation, uses different entertainment facilities and complains about different aspects of their vacation.
Although all tourists are different, some are more similar than others: many people like cultural tourism, many tourists
like to ski during winter vacation, and many tourists require entertainment facilities for children in the destination. The
basis of market segmentation is the recognition that every tourist is different and that tourism cannot cater to everyone
individually.

• Advertising specialties: Elite Travels Journeys and destinations printed cotton t-shirts to be given to Elite Travel
clients.

• Sampling: Occasionally, a discount trip may be offered as a "trade in kind" to a visible and vocal trendsetter who
cannot otherwise afford an Elite Travels Journey.

• We have our presence at both online platform and in physical form (offices).
• We have made an ad free website, for customers preferring online booking and payment, to have smooth check in, selection,
payment and check out feasibility.
Promotion:
• We have opted for a perfect blend of marketing strategies including digital marketing - posting new packages and pictures on social
platforms,
• influencer marketing - showcasing popular celebrities in our ads and expressing their goodwill for our brand.
• Word of mouth because what people hear is what they believe. To extend our exposure and positive word of mouth we have also
created attractive promotional packages for customers i.e if they will get us 5 people they'll receive 5% discount on their expenses.

• Prices vary for places, seasons and packages.
• We have managed to set affordable prices for middle class travelers, premium packages for elites, student codes for students.
• Prices also vary on promotional basis. However, we have differentiation of prices as low, standard and expensive scale.
