Iflash 1800 Service Training

The iFlash 1800 is a chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer with a throughput of up to 180 tests per hour. It uses acridinium ester and magnetic beads for detection. Key components include a reagent carousel holding 20 refrigerated reagents, a 50-sample carousel, 75-position incubation carousel, and 1000-position reaction vessel feeder. It tests over 120 panels for conditions like infectious diseases, autoimmunity, reproductive health, cardiac markers, and tumor markers. Work flow involves sample aspiration, reagent addition, incubation, separation, and reading of chemiluminescent signals. Consumables like reaction vessels, wash buffers, and waste levels are monitored by indicator lights.

 Sample rack status indicator : Used to indicate the current status of the samples loading channel, 10 indicator lights in total,
two kind colors each channel (yellow and green).

 Two lights off: no samples on sample loading channel

 The green light is always on: the sample has been put in, but it is not running and can be taken away
 The yellow light is always on: the sample already running and cannot be removed. If the sample rack is at scanning loading
sample area, this space will not be allowed to put a new sample rack, otherwise it will report the failure of recovery.
 The green light flash: the operation is finished and can be removed
 The yellow and green lights alternate flash: scanning the sample barcode or there is an error that can be taken away
 Yellow light running: during the cycle test, the X axis should move, and a period in advance indicates that the user is forbidden
to loading or unloading the sample. Until the X-axis is completed throughout the cycle, finish running the horse light and
restore the previous indicator.
