Restaurant Management System

Introduction

In our restaurant, it is a very difficult job to maintain copies of all records
manually as it may lead to a lot of errors that might result even from a
slight mistake. Also it is a arduous task maintaining all of these records.

Thereby as a solution to this problem, a restaurant management system


was created to simplify the process and streamline all the information
into a single database so we can have access to it any time we want.

This database maintains the employees details, the food available and
orders of customers, payment details as well as details of regular
customers.

• It reduces the errors that could occur in using a traditional system.
• Can keep records of staff details and customer details as well as the details of all
orders and transactions, details of stock, ingredients as well as the suppliers details.
• Saves time and reduces the cost.
• Reliable and fast.
• Easy to get information about anyone related with the business whenever needed.
• Can target specific groups of people based on their age, gender, time of visit and so
on and thereby give a better customer experience.
Case Study
• This Restaurant management system was created to minimize the problems that would be
encountered in the daily operations of the restaurant.
• Mainly, this system was designed targeting 2 types of people, employee and customer
