Strengths
Organization 2005 offers a corporate ability to create new strategy Served as tool in the identification of low performing areas of management The new program strategy prompts organizational workforce to work on innovations and competitive advantage Sustaining the P&G s strong global brand reputation

Weaknesses
Ambitiously crafted and hastily implemented The initial stages of the new strategy resulted to downgrading P&G Human resources and overall employment as there is massive transfer of employees to various countries Failure to conduct more intensive research and development (R&D)

Opportunities
The effectiveness of the Company to implement its policies on the new program strategy Create a newly advanced management functions with the integration of information technology (IT) The transformation to the strategic arrangement of organizational structure into business units

Opportunities
The opening of doors for strategic alliances or takeovers The opportunity to stand as number one in the line of industry

Threats
The inability to handle change management Human resources is unable to deal with sudden changes The financial capacity of P&G will not stand credible The unprecedented business trends and rapid competition Technological difficulty
