INTRODUCTION
Background : In today’s fast-paced world, the healthcare industry is increasingly
adopting technology to improve patient care, streamline operations, and enhance
accessibility. E-Healthcare(Med-data) refers to the use of electronic
communication and information technologies to provide, monitor, and improve
health services remotely.
SCOPE
Inclusion : An Healthcare Project focuses on creating a comprehensive digital
platform to streamline the operational, clinical, and administrative tasks of a
hospital. The key aspects of this project include the following:Doctor and Staff
Management , Patient Information, Data Storage, Health Records,etc.
METHODOLOGY
Key Process : The implementation of an HealthCare Project involves
several key steps, from planning and design to deployment and ongoing
support. Below is an outline of the main steps involved in the
process:Requirement Gathering and Analysis , System Design and
Architecture, Development.
• Hardware:-
• Processor (CPU): Minimum of Intel i3 or equivalent, recommended Intel
i5 or higher for better performance.
• RAM (Memory): At least 4GB of RAM, recommended 8GB or higher to
efficiently handle data processing and multitasking.
• Frameworks/Libraries:-
• Bootstrap - For responsive front-end design and ease of UI development

Testing Reports, Maintenance Plan, Test Plans,etc. A secure area for patients to
access their health records, schedule appointments, and communicate with
providers. Schedule for regular updates, security patches, and feature
enhancements.
Impact: Patients and providers can quickly access medical records, leading to
better-informed decisions. Tools like patient portals enable individuals to manage
their health proactively, leading to increased satisfaction and adherence to
treatment plans. Better management of appointments and patient flow enhances
the use of healthcare resources.
Success Criteria: The success for healthcare organizations can assess the overall
effectiveness and impact of their management application, ensuring it meets the
needs of both patients and providers. Growth in the number of virtual
consultations conducted through the application. Decrease in missed
appointments and cancellations.
