Shipping
Delivery Priority
• Collective Delivery Creation: Delivery priority can be selected in VL10A as selection criteria to
group the importance of the deliveries (as per CMIR or BP) and manually create collective
deliveries.
• Manual BO Processing: Or it can be also used manually as selection criteria to perform
manual backorder processing in V_RA.
• Rescheduling: Else it can be used as criteria in V_V2 to perform rescheduling (automatic
backorder processing). For this availability check of the material should be 02 (individual req)
not 01 (daily req). Moreover, the deliveries fixed date / qtys will not be considered in
backorder processing.
Order Combination
• I created two sales orders with the same customer and material. However, when I tried
collective delivery in VL10A, system created two different deliveries and did not combine
them although order combination was set. (Later I understood that choosing dialog did not
help. I had to proceed in background to create collective deliveries)
• It looks possible to analyze it. OSS: 399912 (two steps in SU3 and OVXD)  did not work

• VLPODQ confirms the deliveries if Today >= Planned delivery date +
POD Timeframe (OSS 2067077)

Complete Delivery

• All items in Sales Order must be shipped from the same shipping point
• I created a sales order. I tried reducing the delivery quantities in delivery creation. I got
warning message. Proceeded. Then reduced the picking quantity. Again, got a warning
message. Then I clicked on PGI. Then again warning message.
• At the end it was possible to create partial delivery despite of many warning messages. (SO
1455 in TEX600)
Maximum Partial Deliveries

• I tested it. I got an information message when reached the maximum no of deliveries. At this
point the status of sales order was in progress.
• Then I still was able to create additional deliveries with warning message.
Part.dlv/Item
• I tested it. I got an information message when reached the maximum no of deliveries. At this
point the status of sales order was in progress.
• Then I still was able to create additional deliveries with warning message.

• If it is set D, then the status of order is never completed until rejected per item.

• If set C, a warning message “Please note that the customer wants complete delivery“ pops up
during ATP check if complete delivery is not possible. The same message was not given when
Complete Check box was ticked but Part.dlv/item was set C.
Tolerance
• I created a SO with 100 qty. When I tried creating a delivery with 80 or more, it was no message.
When I tried with 79 and less, I got a warning message.  OK
• I tried creating a delivery with more than 110 e.g. 120. But system did not give a message. The
reason is the configuration of delivery item category TAN. (OSS Note 2997101)
