An overview of CJ organizational innovations

Stakeholders in organizations have varying perspectives on innovation. The literature


acknowledges the importance of creativity in organizational innovation.
Organizational innovation generally involves introducing new ideas or behaviors to
an organization, whether through creation or adoption. It focuses on knowledge-
based ideas and transformative behaviors, aiming to positively impact the
organization.

Examples are Starbucks and Tesla

Importance of innovation in the global workforce


1. Organizational innovation is essential as it drives the creation of new products and services in the market.
Additionally, innovation plays a key role in enhancing current services or products.

2. Organizational innovation can involve developing a new production process or enhancing the existing business
operations in both simple and intricate ways. This could mean introducing a fresh approach to production or refining
the current process.

3. Organizational innovation is essential as it can create opportunities in new markets. This aspect is often viewed as
part of marketing efforts, focusing on ensuring the smooth promotion of products.

4. Organizational innovation can lead to the creation of different supply sources such as materials, equipment, and
various inputs. Additionally, it brings about significant changes in industrial and organizational structures, among
other aspects.

CONCLUSION

In the literature reviewed for this study, various definitions of innovation


exist due to different perceptions of innovation among stakeholders in
organizations. However, it is widely acknowledged that creativity plays a
key role in organizational innovation.

Organizational innovation focuses on knowledge-based ideas and


transformative behaviors, examining how these new concepts positively
impact the organization.
