Welcome to Europe Market ITP
This is a quick guide on everything you need to know while on ITP. Please read through the
entire Welcome Kit to ensure a smooth transition in and out of ITP. This guide will also help
you get staffed quicker and help you build on your skills through our various upskilling and
certification programs.

It is mandatory to mark online attendance in the morning and evening. – THIS IS ON HOLD TILL FURTHER NOTICE
For the duration of Covid-19 Lockdown, please email your Check in/Check out template with your supervisor at 9am and
at 4.30pm daily.

Attendance Timing: Morning (7am – 9.30am) & Evening (5pm – 10pm)
Attendance portal is accessible only from ITP_VLAN enabled systems. Please check with your local tech team if ITP_VLAN is enabled in
your PC.
For any issues in accessing ITP Attendance Portal, try after deleting all the cookies and cache and restart the system.
If you face any issues related to attendance, please send an email to ITP_Online_Attendance_Team@accenture.com along with screen
shot error looping in your Supervisor & Location Lead.
If employee is late to office, half day leave should be availed and employee must update the same on their vacation tracker/AST Portal
(AST>Manage Leaves). Supervisors to follow vacation tracker/AST Portal strictly during myTE approval
If employees log off early in the evening, they should avail half day leave. This must be updated in the vacation tracker. Supervisors to
follow the vacation tracker /AST Portal strictly during myTE approval
If employees go for Project interviews/ Training to any other facility, online attendance is still mandatory. Please utilize library in such
cases for online attendance.
In case if you were unable to mark Attendance, keep your supervisor informed on mail with the reason.
Repeated defaulters will be highlighted to HR and further disciplinary action will be taken as per policy.
WBS Allocation
Employees need to complete all the mandatory trainings and charge to training WBSe
Employees are required to get involved in ITP activities to earn WBSe
Employees need to send in their activity planner to Supervisors for WBSe who in turn would share the consolidated
activity planner to WBS allocation team.
Unassigned WBSe should not be used for charging time in myTE
Resources HL to project should not charge to ITP WBSe in any case
All employees on ITP should mark their Supervisors as approvers and reviewers on myTE
myTE needs to be filled in twice a month (every fortnight).
Please reach out to your Supervisor for WBS for myTE submission.
myTE should be submitted only 2 working days prior to the fortnight submission date.
For any WBS submission errors or if you require exception approval on charging to ITP for previous or current fortnight,
raise request on below link. You will get access enablement mail in the next 9 hours. Click on “ New Item” to open the
request form

Daily Activity Tracker
Employees are required to respond to the Daily Activity tracker mails everyday that is sent by respective
supervisor.
Please mention in the Daily Activity Tracker your:
- Approved leave plans
- Trainings (Classroom/Virtual)
- ITP Activities
- Upcoming LOA
- If you are a Returning Mother or FML
Repeated defaulters will be highlighted to HR and further disciplinary action will be taken as per policy.

Always keep your Supervisor and Location Lead informed about your leaves and classroom training plans.
Contact your ITP Supervisor/Location Lead and inform them about your resignation/LOA/ML immedately as soon as you move to bench.
Discuss your case with the respective Location Lead and HR PA before raising the request in the AST tool
Ensure that Supervisor is updated correctly before raising the request
In case of ML/LOA, please note that bench aging will continue until you are marked as non-schedulable (NS) in the system and the same will continue
when you resume work
It is the responsibility of the employee to ensure that all approvals are obtained before going on ML/LOA/Exit
Contact Location Lead to get the Future ML/Exit tracker updated with your details.
Pre approved WFH/Future LOA/FML/Resignations/ Vacation approvals are not applicable when moved to bench and requires re-approval from Bench
Lead.
Seat Allocation
• Report to office on time. (Office hours: 8.00 AM to 5.30 PM) • Be professional & courteous while talking to everyone.

• Asset Development – Liquid Crowdsourcing. Scope of liquid crowdsourcing is coding, testing and
wisdom. One have to register on the crowdsourcing tool then apply to the job.
• Training (Multiskilling and upskilling) and classroom trainings and also prepare and take internal
and external certification – Take online trainings. Complete the multiskilling program and perform
hands-on to gain expertise on the tool.
• Governance and Ops – Activities of monitoring teams and their activities, guide team members,
overall governance ITP and other operational activities
• Knowledge Sharing/Brown Bag sessions – Conduct and take participation in knowledge sharing
sessions for functional, technical or processes
Guidelines for performance Portal

• Employee has to set priorities, set target completion date and fill in self-inputs.
Setting Priority:
1. Understand your supervisor’s and team’s priorities.
2. Define three to five top priorities – ensure they are focused on your present role and responsibilities.
3. Don’t forget to share with your supervisor.
Completion of priority:
4. Self Input should be documented only when priority is complete.
5. Self input is mandatory if a priority is being marked as complete.
6. Supervisor will provide feedback based on the self inputs and progress on priority.
