Purpose: The purpose of this research is to gather relevant data on the practices
of HUMSS class officers in managing their perspective classroom. By doing so,
the study seeks to develop a comprehensive “Class Officer Manual” that can serve
as a practical guide for future class officers. This manual will contain effective
management strategies, tools, and techniques for handling various classroom
circumstances, making it easier for class officers to perform roles and
responsibilities efficiently. Ultimately, this research seeks to contribute to
enhancing classroom management within the HUMSS strand, providing a
resource that can positively impact both class officers and their fellow students.

Purpose:
The purpose of this study is to explore the challenges and achievements
faced by Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) officials in Barangay Santo Nino, with the
ultimate goal of establishing a leadership development program, implementing
youth programs and initiatives, also in encouraging youth development and
community involvement, as well as finding ways to improve their effectiveness in
helping the youth and promoting effective community change.
