Fruit salad combination of fruit flavors fragrances and smells.
Accompanied as dessert or entry of a meal, it is healthy and delicious.
It is accompanied with carob or condensed milk, eaten in different
ways, forms and today we bring you the traditional fruit salad
INGREDIENTS
4 KIWIS
4 APPLES

½ Kg STRAWBERRY

1 PINEAPPLE

4 BANANAS 1 PAPAYA

APPLES: It is rich in antioxidants, in vitamins of group B, C, phosphorus, potassium and calcium.

BANANA: Provides vitamin B6 and vitamin C, in addition to a lot of potassium and manganese :

STRAWBERRY: Very rich in antioxidants, fiber, minerals, vitamins and folic acid.

KIWI: Highlights its high content of vitamin C, fiber, folate and potassium.

PINEAPPLE: Gives us few calories, although a huge variety of vitamins and minerals

CEREAL: They are rich in salt and of course, in sodium

LOCUST BEAN: Lowers blood glucose levels and regulate the cardiovascular system,
regulates intestinal transit and fights constipation.
PREPARATION
1) First wash your hands well. Before handling food, you should
clean your hands very well.

Wash the fruits whole. Use a brush, if the fruits have excess of
dirt.
Let stand in bleach for 10 minutes for greater disinfection.
2) Second peel the fruits with a knife.

3) Then you grab the chopping board and cut the
peeled fruits in cubes.

3) Finally, the fruits we have in a bowl are combined with a
spoon.

We add yogurt that can be strawberry, vanilla and other


flavors, you can also squirt honey, carob and some cereal to
taste that can be wheat, kiwicha, quinoa and other cereals.
