WHAT IS MICROSOFT OUTLOOK?

 Microsoft Outlook is an email application by Microsoft that allows you to


send and receive mails.
 It also includes features for managing calendars, contacts etc.

Rules:

You can create rules based

topics to move emails to
specific folder. specific

Steps:
Right click on received mail >
Rules > Create Rules > Select
condition and Create rules.
Mark flags to your received
mails :-

• Flag is set to remind you


and recipient to follow up
on specific mail.
• You can set High and Low
Priority to sent and
received mails.
Calendar:-

 By using calendar we can create appointments, organize


meetings, events and much more.
 We can invite others in our appointments and meetings.
 We can also see the calendars of our team members.
Create Appointments and invites attendees:-

Calendars > Home > New


Appointments.
Enter the Details like
Subjects, Location ,
Duration.

Invite Attendees.
Create meeting and invite Attendees:-

Calendars >
Home > New Invite
Meeting. Attendees.

Enter the
Details like
Subject,
Location,
Duration.
Contacts:-

 We can Create Contacts ,in Microsoft


Outlook.
 It contains several Contacts with their
details like Job Details, Job Title, Contact
Numbers, Photographs, Business Cards
and many more.
 It helps to Invite contacts for meetings
directly from your contacts list.
Create New Contacts:-

Go to
navigation bar Go to home Select new
& select tab contact
contacts.
