     Therese Mathilde Amalie Herzogin von Mecklenburg-Strelitz was born on 5 April 1773.1 She was the daughter of Karl II Großherzog von Mecklenburg-Strelitz and Friederike Karoline Luise Prinzessin von Hessen-Darmstadt.1 She married Karl Alexander 5th Fürst von Thurn und Taxis, son of Karl Anselm 4th Fürst von Thurn und Taxis and Auguste Elisabeth Herzogin von Württemberg, on 25 May 1789 at Neustrelitz, Brandenburg, GermanyG.1 She died on 12 February 1839 at age 65.1
     From 25 May 1789, her married name became von Thurn und Taxis.1

     From 31 August 1825, her married name became Krüdener.1 From 1855, her married name became Amaliya Maksimilianovna Adlerberg.1
