• Log into My Account and follow the steps in the cancellation section.
• Start a conversation with us. If a member of the team is available, you’ll see ‘chat with an adviser’ on the bottom right of the page.
• Call our member services team on 029 2267 0000. Opening hours are 8.30 am to 6 pm on Monday to Friday and from 9 am to 1 pm on Saturdays.
