Revision of property label and definition
[edit]I'd like to propose revising the label and definition of this property to make its use clearer and better reflect common usage. Because these are somewhat major edits I thought I should use the talk page for discussion.
I'm affiliated with Library and Archives Canada and have not heard this ID referred to as a "Canadiana NCF ID". I believe "Canadiana Name Authority File ID" or "Canadiana name authority ID" would better describe this ID. It would also better match the Wikidata item I recently created for the Canadiana Name Authority File (Q108679444).
I'd also like to revise the definition to something along the lines of "ID used in the Canadiana Name Authority File"
My preferred changes would be
English label: Canadiana Name Authority File ID French label: Identifiant d’autorité de noms Canadiana English description: ID used in the Canadiana Name Authority File French description: identifiant utilisé dans le Fichier d'autorité de noms Canadiana
I appreciate any suggestions. ----Ostapt (talk) 19:59, 22 October 2021 (UTC)
