Ɨ (tài-iú sió huâinn-kông ê I; tuā-siá jī-bió: Ɨ, sió-siá jī-bió: ɨ; siâ-thé: Ɨ, ɨ; I with bar (stroke)) sī lating jī-bió tang-tiong êtsi̍t-ê jī-bió, iû I hi̍k-tsiá i ka-siōng tsi̍t-ê sió huâinn-kông sóo tsoo-sîng ê.
