粵音:guk6),又叫烘焙粵音:hong3 bui6),係種煮食方法,涉及人攞啲食材用又乾又熱嘅空氣整熟,通常會用到焗爐。烘焙同燒焗好相似,都係靠乾熱空氣將啲嘢食整熟。呢兩種做法主要分別在於,

  • 燒焗嘅食材一開始嗰陣就已經完全係固體嘅,所以燒焗通常係用喺度;
  • 烘焙嘅食材一開始嗰陣係軟腍腍噉、甚至係半液體噉嘅,呢啲食材會喺烘焙途中變硬成形,所以依種情況常見於(例如)蛋糕麵包
