膠囊藥丸（英文：Capsule）係藥嘅其中一種形式，將粉狀嘅藥用可食用嘅膠囊包住整成藥丸，服用嗰陣可以避免藥嘅苦味直接接觸條脷。有啲膠囊藥丸嘅膠囊會加少少甜味，叫糖衣膠囊。
