豆腐花係由黃豆漿瓊咗之後形成嘅中式食品,又叫豆腐腦或豆凍,晉語叫老豆腐,(註:官話入面老豆腐指嘅係北豆腐),滑過豆腐,通常係甜品,不過中國北方會鹹食,加豉油可以用嚟撈飯。有啲地方會叫豆花

造法

首先將啲豆浸一段時間,發大之後磨漿、隔揸,豆漿煮好加開咗水熟石膏粉生粉,沖或撞啲漿入個大嘅容器(傳統上係木筒),攤佢一陣就會結埋,食得。
