Ivana Chubbuck

Ivana Chubbuck is an American acting coach. She heads a drama school in Los Angeles and hosts acting workshops worldwide.[1][2]

She is the author of the best-selling book, The Power of the Actor, published by a division of Penguin Books (Gotham). The book has been translated into 18 languages.[3][4]

Chubbuck originally worked as an actress before becoming an acting coach.[5] Some of her notable clients include David Boreanaz,[6] Halle Berry,[7] Emily Deschanel,[6] Eva Mendes,[8] RuPaul,[9] Sharon Stone,[7] Charlize Theron,[10] and Jon Voight.[7][11]

Personal life

Chubbuck was married to Lyndon Chubbuck, director of War Bride and The Right Temptation, until his death in 2021.[12] She has a daughter named Claire.[12]
