python-doc-jaのOwner Teamに属していて、 python-doc-ja/python-doc-jaレポジトリのAdmin権限を持っている人

更新の手続き

現責任者がコミュニティに通知の上、次責任者にAdmin権限を与え、自らのAdmin権限を取り下げ、Owner Teamから抜ける
