The Design team's Essential work is defined as anything related to:
a) Visual design support across Product & Tech dept teams;
b) Maintaining Design Style Guide and Design System Guidelines;
c) Product design support for teams and projects without a dedicated/embedded designer;
d) Design operations
e) Design strategy & consultation

Tasks that are being worked on as part of product team efforts will be added to "Tracking".
