The Quintesson High Commander handled the latest tribute from Sentinel Prime, the leader of Cybertron per their earlier agreement. After Sentinel bowed before the High Commander and presented his offering of Energon, the High Commander quickly noticed the tribute was light and grew hostile, grabbing and restraining the false Prime with his tentacles. Sentinel begged for mercy, insisting that Cybertron's mines were depleted, and the High Commander only begrudgingly spared Sentinel's life and departed when he pleaded for more time to collect the rest of the tribute. The High Commander departed with his forces, and Sentinel vowed to work his miners harder, shaken from the encounter. Transformers One

- Accessories: Energon cube
- A Walmart-exclusive, the Quintesson High Commander transforms into a Quintesson scout ship in 18 steps (though the box art depicts the Quintesson mothership instead). Despite being released in the same style boxes as the One Prime Changers assortment, it lacks the "Prime Changers" verbiage of its contemporaries and is listed on the Walmart website as Warrior Class. It also lacks the glittery paint applications and pearlescent plastic of the Prime Changers line, instead opting for translucent rubber parts.
- The toy features ball-jointed shoulders and elbows, though the chest molding makes it impossible for the figure's arms to point forward. The toy lacks 5 mm compatible hands, or any hands for that matter. In lieu of legs, the robot mode rests atop a structure sculpted to look like a mass of tentacles, which is fleshed out with additional soft-plastic tentacles flowing out from hinges beneath the torso.
- The figure's only accessory is a single rubberized Energon cube which can be stored in a square recess inside the Quintesson's torso. There is a 3mm flight stand port under the nosecone of the vehicle mode, but it is inaccessible in robot mode as it ends up inside the torso.
