In view of the proposed Power Plant project in Pagbilao, Quezon, ACGS would like to
present this Letter of Intent to signify our interest to offer our expertise in the
implementation of Civil and Electro-Mechanical scope of the project.
ACGS is an independent power , industrial plant construction firm with solid
experience in actual diesel power plant design, installation, commissioning,
operation and maintenance.
We are currently constructing a 20.7 MW (3 x 6.9MW) diesel power plants under by
PMM Works, Inc. located at Brgy. Apopong, General Santos City, owned by Peak
Power Corporation. These power plants are expected to be operational by
September 2014.
