DEMAND LETTER

Dear Maam,

I am writing to you in behalf of my client Mr. Prospero O. De Dios who cancelled his
reserved unit model house specifically SA Bungalow, Blk 5, Lot 22, Area 95 square meters at
Fiesta Communities, Castillejos, Zambales.

My client conveyed to me that your agent failed to furnish a copy of your alleged
Reservation Agreement nor notified him the provisions thereof concerning cancellation of
reservation and forfeiture. Thus, because of the negligence of your agent which binds you,
Paragraphs 8 and 9 of your alleged Reservation Agreement does not apply to my client.

Considering that my client already parted to you the amount of ONE HUNDRED
SIXTEEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED PESOS (P116,600.00), it is but proper that you
return the said amount to him. Accordingly, DEMAND is hereby made upon you to pay the
said amount within five (5) days from receipt of this letter. Otherwise, I will be constrained
to file the necessary legal action to protect the interest of my client.

I trust that you will give this matter your prompt and preferential attention to avoid
the expense and inconvenience of litigation.
