This document is a rubric for self and teacher assessment of a student's yearbook page design. It contains 7 criteria for assessment, including design, information included, accuracy, editing, peer review, meeting deadlines, and crediting the page creator. For each criteria there is a scale to rate performance as excellent, good, average, or needs improvement. Space is provided to justify ratings and for comments from the student and teacher. The rubric totals 50 points and the printed page must be attached.

within the set font family. Page relates well with the rest
of the book through the use of color, layout, graphics,
background; page is obviously a part of the CAS book

Criteria 2 Information: Includes spaces for


interesting quotes, surveys, and/or paragraphs relating to
the content.

Criteria 3 Accuracy: All students from the class


are present with photos and names spelled correctly.

Criteria 4 Editing: Everything is clear and easy to


read, spelled correctly, and has correct grammar.
Students names and grade levels are present and correct
