Pending Works .List

This document lists pending work items for four Sun Pharma WEG sites located in Theni, India. It includes common pending points for all four locations such as fixing fencing, adding danger signs, cleaning transformers, and completing earthing, lighting, and cable trench work. Site-specific pending tasks are also noted such as providing insulation mats and cable trays in panel rooms. All listed tasks have been marked as completed except for additional materials left by another company at one site that need to be cleared.

PENDING WORKS AT SUN PHARMA WEG'S MARCH'12 PHASE - THENI SITE

Cement waste inside the earth pit chambers should be removed and it should be filled with river/wet sand

Cable trench from the panel room to transformer should be sealed properly

Sheath to be provided between cable and cable clamp at the transformer LV cable termination

Remaining all locations are OK. Done in all locations. M/s Comment :Not possible once the nacelle erection. M/s AIPL Reply : Accepted and Withdrawn from the Pending List Done in all locations.

Extra materials kept inside the our site premises should be cleared off

"SUN PHARMA" the name should written on the Nacelle same as RRB name (second side of Nacelle)

Of buckets Shall be provided out side of the Yard SF Number , Owner Name with logo , location and commissioned date shall be written with colour paint on the out side wall of the panel room entrence Boundary of our land demarkation shall be provided with the Granite stone in every 2mtr , which is height of 2ft and painting & numbering shall be made on the stones.

one of 33/22 KV Insulation Gloves shall be kept in every Panel Room. total land should be properly levelled 100mm thick & 1mtr width plenth PCC shall be provided around the Yard & Panel room 100mm thick PCC shall be provided in side area of Tower foundations and 100mm thick & 1mtr wedth pleth PCC shall be provided around the Tower with combining foundations. 100mm thick & 3Mtr width PCC shall be provided from the front of panel room to entrence of our land permises with attched with public road.
