Preparation of Material Testing--------------------------------------P 15,000.00 Rebar Mapping Determination quantities of rebars in beams and columns Rebound Hammer TestA non destructive test for the determination of concrete strength Coring Test Destructive test for the determination of concrete streng for slabs ( NEGOTIATE UP TO 10, 000) 3. Structural Assessment and Analysis of Existing Structure -------P 30,000.00 ( NEGOTIATE UP TO PHP20,000) Investigate and calculates the structural Soundness of existing structure base to the As built plans and results of material testing. Determines whether the structure is safe or need to be retrofitted 4. Preparation of Structural Design -------------------------------------P 30,000.00 (NEGOTIATE UP TO 20,000) Prepares the structural design for the additional Structure Design of Retrofitting ( If Applicable ) 5. Preparation of Structural Plans ( Cad Drawings )------------------P 10,000.00 Prepares the structural drawing & For construction Plans ( WE CAN DELETE THIS) 6. Preparation of Structural Calculation and Assessment report ---included 7. Sign and Seal of Plans for building Permit--------------------------included

8. Frequent Site Visit-------------------------------------------------------P 2,000/Visit II. Submittals: 1. Cad files of Structural Plans 2.
