Create, modify and delete user access from the Active Directory User Administration, access card printing and changing user access levels etc. using the Proximity Card System (using Lenel On-Guard) Develop procurement strategy using SAP to source materials for IT department with management of all purchase functions including budget control, purchase requisition, PO, goods receipt, payments and all related SAP documents. Maintain records of assets for the company and engage in complete asset management activities ranging from acquiring, commissioning, maintaining and retiring of IT assets. Deliver assistance in vendor development with emphasis on creation, renewals, managing non-disclosure agreements, vendor performance reviews, etc.
