This is to request for your permission to accept the following students to be your advisees in
Tourism Research (TOUR 124). As an adviser, you will be asked to render at least five (5) hours
of consultation which will be remunerated accordingly. An advisers grading sheet will be
provided for you to assess the performance of each member during prelims and finals.
Generally, the adviser will be checking on the content while the instructor is in charge of the
format. Kindly affix your schedule after your signature as a conforme of your willingness to
accept this request. Please be reminded that you are only allowed to have a maximum of five (5)
groups to advise from both programs already.
