Responsible for 2 Sites of Ansal API
- Ansal University, Sector 55 , Gurgaon - 16 acres.
- Ansal Palam Corporate Plaza, Palam Vihar , Gurgaon - Commercial Mall of
4.5 Lakh Square Feet
Taking care of the over all Operations {Maintenance, Housekeeping, Garden
and Security. Handling a Team Size of 100 Reportees (Management & Vendor
Staff ).
Soft Service Management:
Management of planned, reactive and incidental works delivery for security, safety,
traffic, housekeeping, waste management and pest control.
Responsible for implementing soft services plan for University &
Corporate Plaza by directing team in routine and scheduled jobs.
Team Management:
Responsibility for management of the staff recruitment, selection, training development
and succession planning as required for In-House and managing the outsourced
contracting Supervisors and staff. Appraising them and recommending annual

increments and promotions.


Regularly auditing the outsourced staff quality and employment compliance's.
Event Management:
Responsible for site wide signage plan and installation.
To plan & manage Traffic, Security, Housekeeping & Parking execution
during events.
Coordination with Marketing Team & Local Authority for the better
execution.
Housekeeping Inventory Management:
Orders, receives, inspects and stores equipment, spare parts and consumables,
merchandise commodities, material and/or supplies with the objective of
maintaining costs within budget as well as ensuring that there is no stock out
situation at any point of time which can lead to inconvenience for the customer.

Coordination:
Co-ordination with Local Authorities: Coordinate with Police & Fire
Department for site visit requirement.
Coordination with Senior Management Staff /Deans/Faculty/Tenants on a regular basis
in order to keep abreast of their requirements and timely closures.

Coordination with Tenants: Responsible for the coordination with tenants for back
of the house facilities, Trash disposal, pest control, Safety & Security issues.
Giving a complete detailed daily report to the VP/AGM Facilities.
Ensure that the Monthly Maintenance Schedules are carried out and recorded and
will prepare a Monthly Status report for VP.
