Roles and Responsibilities:

Carry out Cafe projects and commercial building works. Coordinating with heads of
processes, Design consultants and implementation of final design on site. Frequent site
visits for coordination of work and resolving on site problems. Executing Meeting with
subordinates to complete the project in time. Provide information with regards to
preparation of Budget/Cost estimates of the building construction & verify the bill as per
site execution.Take necessary steps to handle Measurements and Billing process and to
certify the same. Communicate with landlord & BD team if any changes in drawing for their
implementation. Responsible for material used at site as per specifications with good
quality of finishing work. Maintain progress schedule & compare with the set baseline time
to time. Also update to corporate team for the same if there is any change in schedule.
Every change in specification if any should be implementing at site & documented well.
Coordinate with different agencies for smooth running of project & complete within the set
target deadline.

Last company details & responsibilities:

Spring Leaf Retail Pvt.Ltd. (Oct.2010 to June 2013)

As this was a fast growing company & expanding very fast in south India, here I was
responsible for new projects coming, starting from searching new locations, negotiation
with the owners/vendors, getting the interiors done on time, setting-up the full store,
placing orders to different vendors, releasing the PO’s, getting the advance released on
time to avoid any delay & after finishing the project we do the soft launch of new store then
it has to be handed over to the operations team.
Apart from this I was handling the Admin & Maintenance for all the existing stores as well,
it includes, AMC for AC, Fridge, Kitchen Equipments, Exhaust System, POS machines
(Billing Software, computer system, printer etc.) & also other store maintenance works. A
team of 6 people were working under me & reporting to me.

GKB Hi-Tech Lense Pvt.Ltd. (Sep.2007 to August 2010)

 Extensive supervision of all showrooms and offices of Carl Zeiss Vision (GKB
Hi-Tech Lenses Pvt.Ltd) in Karnataka.
 Expansions & relocation of stores as per requirements, it includes finding new
locations, negotiations with owner, finalizing the agreement and also looks after the
interior works to be completed during the fit-out period & then final confirmation to
start the business. Done 3 new stores in Bangalore, 2 stores relocations & 3 stores
renovation work done in my supervision.
 Accounts responsibility: I have handled a part of accounts related works as
cheques details, bill settlements, requisitions for payments and maintaining
accounts records.
 Precisely evaluation of tenders and cost estimation, offered by different vendors for
infrastructure maintenance or enhancement of showrooms and offices.
 Sorting legal work with third party and building new ventures with them.
 Leading a team of Ten people for the execution of work
 Analyzing market for further expansion.
 Done a effective and handful Cost Cutting from the general expenses of retail
outlets, as for office material I did a system of centralized purchase
 Done a proper AMC contract for servicing of AC, Lift, and Generator and for
Board and Glass cleaning.
 Outsourcing of house keeping services and security guards.
 Done all the interior and facade work of our new outlets.
 Helping in the preparation of legal documentation for flats and showrooms.
 Finalized space for retail outlets and flats for company accommodation in very
good (less than current market rates) rates.
