Danny Manasis acquired the land through interstate succession and has the right to sell this 1/6 portion. AN AGRICULTURAL LAND
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, DANNY G. MANASIS, of legal age, Filipino, separated-in-fact,


resident of Brgy. Mering, Tabontabon, Leyte, and hereinafter referred as the
VENDOR, for and in consideration of the purchase price of the sum of FORTY
FIVE THOUSAND
PESOS (P45,000.00) PESOS, Philippine Currency,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged to my entire satisfaction, to me in
hand given and paid by ROGELIO M. RAMELO, likewise of legal age,
Filipino,
married, resident
of Brgy. Mering, Tabontabon,
Leyte, and
hereinafter referred as the VENDEE, do hereby these presents, SELL, CEDE,
TRANSFER and FOREVER CONVEY in a manner irrevocable and
absolute unto said ROGELIO M. RAMELO, his heirs, administrators, assigns
and successors-in-interest ONE-SIXTTH (1/6) PORTION OF THAT CERTAIN
PARCEL OF LAND in Brgy. Mering, Tabontabon, Leyte, more particularly
described hereunder as follows, to wit:

AGRICULTURAL LAND in Brgy. Mering, Tabontabon,
Leyte,
being a portion of that certain parcel of an agricultural land
(rice land 4,795; corn land 2,992 & coco land 1,532)
located at Brgy. Mering, Tabontabon, Leyte designated as Cad
Lot No. 2323 containing a total area of 10,319 SQUARE METERS,
more or less, covered under Tax Declaration No. 1896 declared
under the previous owner, SENON TOLIBAS, and bounded as
follows: North Ass. Lot No. 036; East Ass. Lot No. 0831;
South Ass. Lot No. 079; West Brgy. Road.
of which parcel of land I am the true and lawful owner and possessor,

being
acquired by interstate succession per document of conveyance: Extra-Judicial
Settlement Among Heirs with Waiver of Rights and Deed of Absolute Sale with
Easement of Right of Way duly signed by the parties, and acknowledged
before a Notary Public (copy of which hereto attached as Annex A), and I
have the right to dispose the same, free from any liens and encumbrances
whatsoever, and that I hereby warrant peaceful possession and ownership by
the vendee, his heirs, assigns and successors-in-interest over the aforedescribed 1/6 PORTION of parcel of land, subject of this sale.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands and affixed
our signatures this 06th day of November 2014 at Tanauan, Leyte, Philippines.
