Job Responsibilities & achievements:
 Design business process model & management system documents confirming with ISO9001 requirements (e.g. scope
includes delivery / installation / repair, activities are receiving job orders for walk-in customer & home service /
conducting repair and installation/ spare parts management/ technical support via telephone/ call center/ customer
happy calls/ customer satisfaction survey).
 Design key performance indicators (e.g. call center KPI's, depot repair, closure rate/ average repair time/ pending cases
rate, customer satisfaction , response time, first time repair, etc.).
 Conduct KPI review meetings
 Coordinate with IT to have all KPI's on company portal
 Define & control P&L
 Plan/ Conduct internal processes audits (using service evaluation model)

 Supervising the audit team (product & system).
 Establish the QMS documentation system according to ISO requirements
 Plan and conduct quality and environmental audits (ISO9001; ISO/TS16949, ISO14001; VDA6.3).
 Single point of contact with ISO certification body for ISO certificate surveillance audit, the company is certified ISO9001,
ISO/TS, ISO14001.
 Coordinate customer audit to insure the compliance with customer requirements ( e.g. audit done by Chinese authorities).
 Define the company process model, including sub-processes and related KPI (including core business processes e.g.
planning/ purchasing/ warehouse/ assembly/ delivery) as well as supporting processes (HR/ finance/ services).
 Establish web-based monitoring system for the KPI
 Implement and record the management review meetings
 Control non-conformity reports, corrective and preventive actions.
 Define statistical techniques used for quality improvement.
 Calculate process capability Cpk and machine capability Cmk, recommend the required corrective action to improve.
 Implement Six Sigma projects for cost reduction.

 In-process inspection for torque measurements, and final car audit from customer points of view according to VDA.
 Conduct suppliers audit, for selection and continuous performance improving of car parts ( conducting 14 audit per year) .
