11.0 BUILDING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM


System The base building mechanical and
electrical services system is
operated by a building
management system to optimize
operation and minimize energy
consumption. BMS installed is Type
Honeywell Excel 5000.
The system is designed and installed
by an internally recognized
specialist in the field who can
provide local support and
maintenance i.e. Honeywell..
The system is flexible and easily
adapted with the least modification
of system hardware to suite the
various occupancy levels and
patterns.
Provisions The system provides:
(1) Real time monitoring of all plant
and equipment
(2) Maintenance planning and
management including Facility
Management Reporting &
Preventive Maintenance
Scheduling.
