KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, FEMIA OLIDARES PONTINO, of legal age, widow and


with postal address at St. James Heights, Batal, Santiago City, by
virtue of these presents, do hereby name, constitute and appoint
JONAFE OLIDARES PONTINO, of legal age, married, Filipino and a
resident of St. James Heights, Batal, Santiago City and with Office
Address at 2929 Makati Exec. Tower III, Dela Rosa Street, Makati
City, as my true and lawful Attorney-In-Fact, to do and perform the
following acts and things:

1. To institute an action for SUM OF MONEY WITH


DAMAGES against ISABELITA D. CASTILLO before the
Regional Trial Court of Santiago City;

2. To represent me in the preliminary


conference/Pre-Trial and to enter into a
compromise/amicable settlement if necessary and to
represent me before the mediation board including its
settlement if necessary;

3. To sign documents and other pleadings for and


in my behalf relative to the foregoing;

HEREBY GRANTING AND GIVING unto my said attorney full


powers and authority to do and perform all and every requisite or
necessary to carry into effect the foregoing authority as fully to all
intents and purposes as we might or could lawfully do if personally
present, ratifying and confirming all that our said attorney shall
lawfully do or caused to be done by virtue hereof;

I, Jessica Soho, of legal age, married, Filipino, with residence at Quezon


City ayala Village do hereby appoint, name and constitute Mel Tiangco,
likewise of legal age, married, with residence at Makati City to be my true and
lawful attorney in-fact to act, for and in my stead, to do and perform the
following acts deeds and things, to wit:

1. To sell, assign and dispose of a parcel of land covered by TCT No. 1234,
situated at Sampaloc Manila including the improvements thereon under such
terms and conditions acceptable to my Attorney-in-Fact;

2. To sign, execute and deliver the necessary Deed of Sale covering such
sale including any and all documents that may be necessary or required
thereto and to deliver possession of the property to said vendee;

3. To receive the proceeds of the sale, either in cash or in check and to


pay expenses for capital gains, real property tax and any and all such
expenses that may be agreed upon between the vendee;

4. To do such any other act or thing that may be required necessary or


incidental to carry out effectively any and all of the purposes for which this
authority is hereby given;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full


power and authority to do and perform any and every act, and thing
whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises, as
fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally
present and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney-in-fact
shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
