Semi-flexible pipework in PE
The Halock PE80 pipes are used for the underground transport of all fuels, alcohol blended
gasolines and biodiesels included.
The 50mm and 63mm single wall pipes are supplied in coils of 100m and
150m for continuous pipe runs between the tanks and the dispensers.
All pipe diameters, from 50mm up to 110mm are also available in bars of 6m.
The double wall co-axial pipes, 63/50mm and 75/63mm, are available in coils of 100m. The
diameters 110/90mm and 125/110mm are in bars of 6m.
Electro fusion couplings (straight couplers, elbows 45° and 90°, equal T’s and reducers)
guarantees a quick and reliable installation. Pipe preparation tools and a 40V electro
fusion machine are needed. The Halock pipes and couplings are EN14125 certified.

Single wall, lined pipe in diameters


Coiled single wall, lined pipe in 90mm and 110mm are supplied in
diameters 50mm and 63mm. bars of 6m.

Co-axial double wall, lined pipe in Co-axial pipes in diameters


diameters 63/50mm and 75/63mm 110/90mm and 125/110mm are
are supplied in coils of 100m. supplied in bars of 6m.

Pipe Preparation Tools


The rotary scraper is suitable for the preparation of the pipe ends, required when installing electro fusion couplers and
fittings. They are suitable for PE80 pipes.
