KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, VIOLETA C. AGBUYA, of legal age, Filipino citizen, and a resident of Brgy. Don
Pedro, Malasiqui, Pangasinan, by these presents do hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE and
APPOINT PAULA BIANCA A. LOYOLA likewise of legal age, and a resident of L18 Blk13
Phase 1, Pinagsama Village, Taguig City, to be my true and lawful attorney-in–fact for me and
in my name, place and stead, and for my own use ad benefit, to do or perform all or any of the
following acts and things, to wit:

1. To transact and / or follow-up my BDO SLA card with the Banco de Oro and claim
the same upon its scheduled release;

2. To receive, and acknowledge receipts; sign and execute necessary papers and
documents in relation thereto and generally to do or perform any act or deed
necessary or that may be required in furtherance of this authority;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full powers and
authority to do and perform all and every act and thing requisite or necessary to carry into effect
the foregoing authority, as fully to all intents and purposes I might or could lawfully do if
personally present, with full power of substitution and revocation, and hereby ratifying and
confirming all that my said attorney- in-fact or his substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done
by virtue hereof.
