SMART Goals Worksheet

The document provides a worksheet to help set SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Time-bound) goals. It involves taking each goal and marking whether it answers questions in each SMART category. Goals must have over half the questions in each category answered to be considered a SMART goal. Managers then discuss any goals that do not meet these criteria to ensure expectations are aligned. The completed goals should incorporate the answers and begin with an action verb.
