 Delivery: 3-4 weeks from the date of receipt of the PO and Advance Release.
 Other Charges: Freight charges extra, as applicable.
 If ‘C’ Form is provided, CST will be considered, as applicable.
 Taxes will be charged @12.5 % for hardware (till point No. 8) and 12.36 % for
software and Installation. (point No. 9+10)
 Validity of Price: These prices are valid for 30 days from the date of receipt of
proposal.
 Payment terms: 75% Advance, 25% After Installation & Commissioning.

Quotation for Omaxe with 2 feasibility options
 Any Civil work i.e., making lanes for entry and exit , digging, cabling, wiring, and
LAN/networking & electrical connections required for the successful running of this
system are out of ECO TRACKSYS’s work scope and not been included in this
quotation. Also, the supply of cable, 1 Client PC in society office, queue manager for
LAN, Speed Breaker, Boom Barrier, Anti-Crash Sensors, poles or mounting structures
required is to be supplied from Omaxe- North Avenue (Client Side).
 Repairing of the damaged boom barrier will be done from Omaxe- North Avenue
(Client Side) as the hardware does not falls under the scope of work. We can provide
support for repairing; the costing of which will be extra as applicable.
 All the Tags and collaterals will be co-branded Omaxe-Eco Tracksys by Eco Tracksys.
