1. Project Title: Temperature monitoring and control system using 8051


Microcontroller.

Tools &Technologies used: 8051 assembly language/Embedded C, Proteus


simulator and Keil compiler.

Equipment: 8051 µc, Temperature sensor, Relay, Power source etc

Application-
This project can be used in Industries, Companies and Home to monitor High
temperature condition and control devices from damage.

2. Project Title: Energy efficient Smart Room light Controller with Visitor Counter
using 8051 Microcontroller.

Tools &Technologies used: Embedded C, Proteus simulator and Keil compiler.

Equipment: 8051 µc, Infrared sensor, Relay, Power source etc

Application-
• Main advantage of this project is that it helps in energy conservation.
Because when there is nobody inside the room then lights are automatically
turned off.
• Human efforts to count the number of person are eliminated. Since this
project does the automatic person counting with the help of two sensors
installed on door frame.
• This project can be used in Cinema halls, multiplex, malls as well as in
temples to count the number of person entering inside. So that these places
should not get over crowded to avoid congestion.

3. Project Title: LPG gas leakage detection system using 8051 Microcontroller.

Tools &Technologies used: Embedded C, Proteus simulator and Keil compiler.

Equipment: 8051 µc, Gas detector, Relay, Power source etc

Application-
• Protection from any gas leakage in cars.
• For safety from gas leakage in heating gas fired appliances like boilers,
domestic water heaters
• For safety from gas leakage in Cooking gas fired appliances like ovens,
stoves etc
• Large industries which uses gas as their production.

4. Project Title: Device automation in agricultural field using 8051 Microcontroller

Tools &Technologies used: Embedded C, Proteus simulator and Keil compiler.

Equipment: 8051 µc, sensor related to moisture, light, Relay, Power source etc

Application-
The main aim of this project is to identify the water availability condition to the soil
and to automatically control the water supply to the land in order to prevent the dry
run condition of for the soil. In this project we use embedded technology to indicate
the status of the soil. In order to achieve the good profit in the agricultural field the
soil should be maintained in proper condition that fits for the crop cultivation. The
main thing that should be seen in order to achieve the profit is to maintain the wet
condition of the soil in the correct proportion so we automate devices like motor
pump etc

5. Project Title: Microcontroller based home security system.

Tools &Technologies used: Embedded C , Proteus simulator and Keil compiler.

Equipment: 8051 µc, sensor related to motion & light sensors, Relay, Power source
etc

Application-
The Microcontroller based Home Security System can be adopted at Home it has
various type of Sensors. In our Project we have magnetic sensors, Fire sensors etc.
The system is fully controlled by the 8 bit microcontroller AT89C52. The
Microcontroller will continuously monitors all the Sensors and if it found any security
problem then the Microcontroller will switch on the Alarm until the Reset button was
pressed. So it can be used in house for security purpose. Same project can be
implemented in industry or educational institutes.

6. Project Title: GSM based device automation using 8051 Microcontroller.

Tools &Technologies used: Embedded C, Proteus simulator and Keil compiler.

Equipment: 8051 µc, sensors as per requirement, GSM Module with SIM Card,
Relay, Power source etc

Application-
GSM technology is used in these projects. We can send SMS from these projects.
Various actions can be performed after receiving a SMS. With the help of these
projects we can perform various actions like, remote monitoring through SMS or
performing any desired action or controlling devices. GSM modem interfacing with
microcontroller is done in these projects. These are engineering projects with GSM
modem. We have to insert GSM simcard into the GSM module.

7. Project Title: GSM based LPG gas leakage detection system using 8051
Microcontroller.

Tools &Technologies used: Embedded C, Proteus simulator and Keil compiler.

Equipment: 8051 µc, Gas detector, GSM Modem with SIM Card, Relay, Power
source etc

Application-
• Controlling variously using SMS upon any gas leakage in appliances like
cars, boilers, domestic water heaters, ovens, stoves etc
• Large industries which uses gas as their production.

8. Project Title: Water Level Controller using 8051 Microcontroller.

Tools &Technologies used: Embedded C, Proteus simulator and Keil compiler.

Equipment: 8051 µc, Water level detector, Relay, Power source etc

Application-
This system monitors the water level of the tank and automatically switches ON the
motor whenever tank is empty. The motor is switched OFF when the overhead tank
or container is FULL. Here the water level of the tank is indicated on LCD (Liquid
crystal Display). Using this system, we can avoid the overflow of the water
