Job Description:
• Analysis of RF Drive Test generated log file results for improvement of the Network.
• Analysis of call drop, call blocks, Handover failures, RRC connection failure, UL/DL
throughput analysis by using Genex Assistant Tool for 3G & 4G .
• Optimization of UMTS sites based on Coverage_RSCP, Quality_Ec/Io, Pilot Pollution,
Missing neighbour’s, Softer/Soft/Hard/IRAT Handover using drive test data’s.
• Optimize to improve Ec/Io (Reduce Pilot Pollution) by improving RSCP of dominant cells
and reducing coverage (Interference) of less dominant sectors through antenna Tilt
changes and power changes, to rectify the overshooting sectors issues.
• Checking Co scrambling code issues. Adding missing neighbour’s and deleting the long
neighbour’s using the measurements.
• Coordination with Drive Test team and performing Activities like Post Processing of DT
logs in Probe & assistance Tool, analysing it & suggesting changes.
SCFT project handling and report preparation in coordination with team
